Remembering 9/11 Victims with Disabilities
Today is the 15th anniversary of the September 11 attacks in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Almost 3,000 people died that day; some of them had a disability, and help didn't arrive quickly enough for them. On this day, we should also keep in mind the numerous survivors who have a disability as a result of the attacks.
